The opportunity for your child to get a head start on fitness.  This class focuses on development of large & small motor skills.  The young children work on all the fundamentals of gymnastics including Strength, Flexibility & Coordination.  The children also learn important social skills within a structured environment.  All gymnastics events will be introduced at this level.

5 week session – $40    or    $12 per class

Children must be toilet trained before entering the program.


PROGRESSIVE GYMNASTICSAll first time gymnasts (age 5 & up) must be registered for the Beginner level, unless otherwise advised by the G2 staff.  Our program is based on skill level; if your child has previous experience please contact us and we can assist you with proper placement.

This is the first class of our progressive program.  The emphasis is on body awareness and skill development on all of the women’s Olympic events. The gymnasts are introduced to beginner skills on the vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise – as well as work on basic Strength, Flexibility, Coordination.   Gymnasts can expect to learn cartwheels, handstands, rolls, bridges, headstands as well as the equivalent beginner level skills on the various equipment.  All gymnasts entering the program must start at this level and will be advanced through the program based on skill level.

5 week session – $50    or    $15 per class

The second step in the progressive program, this class will develop the foundation skills learned in the beginner class and increase their skill level on all of the Olympic events.  More emphasis is placed on strength & flexibility to make the skills more attainable.  Gymnasts can expect to improve skills learned in the beginner level along with learning round offs and bridge kick-overs, as well as the equivalent Intermediate level skills on all 4 events.

5 week session – $50  or  $15 per class

The advanced class builds on the foundations of the progressive program learned in the intermediate class.  This class focuses on the more advanced skills in preparation for creating routines on each event.   A large emphasis is placed on strength & flexibility to make the skills more attainable.  The gymnasts at this level can expect to improve skills learned in the intermediate level along with learning running round offs, handstand forward rolls, back pike rolls, back handsprings, and advanced skills on all 4 events.  After completion of this level, gymnasts have the opportunity to focus on training at the competitive level, or move to the non-competitive program.

TWISTERS – (Invitation Only)


Twisters is designed for the gymnast that has completed the progressive program though does not have an interest in competitive gymnastics.  Gymnasts are able to continue developing new skills on all 4 Olympic events at their own pace and skill level.  Gymnasts are able to remain in this non-competitive program through adult years.

5 week session – $55  or     $15 per class

PRE – TEAM (Invitation Only)

(girls: ages 4 and up)

After a gymnast has completed the G2 Advanced level of gymnastics (or equivalent skills), she will have the opportunity to train for the competitive team, if interested.   The pre-team does not participate in actual competition, though will train to improve in strength, endurance, flexibility, and technique necessary for competitive level skills.  They will also begin learning competitive routines.  This is by invitation only and at the discretion of the G2 Staff.  Gymnasts are typically placed on the pre-team during the current competitive season. At this level we expect more commitment from the gymnast and family, therefore full session payment is the only option. If you are unable to commit we completely understand, though would recommend remaining in the traditional program until your schedule allows it.

COMPETITIVE TEAM – (Invitation Only)

(girls: ages 5 and up)

Hand chosen by the gymnastics staff,  the G2 Gymnastics Team is focused on advanced gymnastics skills put into choreographed routines for competition.  G2 supports competitive levels 2-10 and XCEL.  Gymnasts are trained on all 4 gymnastic apparatuses in preparation for USA Gymnastics sanctioned events along with putting on community performances. Gymnasts will develop in strength, balance, agility, and flexibility. Competitive gymnastics requires more dedication from both the gymnast and parents. Gymnasts will travel to competitions along with representing G2 Gymnastics at the state level-if qualified.  Gymnasts are invited to become part of the competitive team during the off-season (May-September).  For more information, please contact the G2 Staff.


Perfect for the cheerleader who wants to enhance their tumbling skills. This class is designed to introduce the basic tumbling fundamentals needed for safe progression. Athletes will build core strength and body awareness. Time will be spent focusing on solid foundations on the cartwheel, round off, back/front walkovers, and handstand skills. Athletes may also learn front/back handspring, tucks, series, and more to those that master the pre-requisite skills.

*Athletes must at least 10 years old and be able to perform a forward roll, backward roll, basic cartwheel, and bridge independently.

5 week session – $45 or $12 per class

OPEN GYM (please check our Facebook page for availability)

Open to all competitive team members, G2 class members, and public age 7 and up.  Students must sign in upon arrival and parents must sign a release form prior to participation (no online registration). Open gym is not run as a structured class/program, but a privilege to get extra practice time on the equipment.  Students will be expected to respect the equipment and safely wait in line.  They must be capable of working on their own and safely attempt new skills.  Only competitive gymnasts will be permitted to use the mini-tramp.  Students will be asked to leave the gym for any horse play.  Open gym will be offered every Friday and does not run in conjunction with sessions.  Open gym may not be offered on competition weekends.
