Classes

Gymnastic classes improves gross and fine motor skills, spatial awareness, and instills self-confidence, discipline, and provides a quality athletic experience with the importance of having fun!

Common questions regarding both classes and the competitive team.

Our program offers preschool and progressive gymnastics to boys and girls beginning at age 3, along with a USAG women’s competitive program for levels 2 - 10, and XCEL. Progression throughout the recreational program will be based on age, ability, and at the discretion of the coaching staff. Classes will run on a 5 week session and students will be evaluated regularly to ensure proper placement. Online pre-registration is required before the start of each session. We look forward meeting you and we welcome you to our gym family!

Preschool

This class focuses on development of large & small motor skills with all events being introduced.

Beginner

The emphasis is on body awareness and skill development on all of the women’s Olympic events.

Intermediate

The second step in the progressive program, this class will increase their skill level on all of the Olympic events.

Advanced

This class focuses on the more advanced skills in preparation for creating routines on each event.

Twisters

Twisters is designed for the gymnast that does not have an interest in competitive gymnastics.

Ninja

This is an obstacle course based program that will also teach beginner level skills, such as rolls, flips, swinging, and climbing.

In the short amount of time my daughter has been at G2 I have seen changes in her that I was afraid were not possible. Her confidence is amazing and her personality is shining so much now that she is so comfortable in her own skin! I also witnessed my daughter fail to nail a skill tonight and she had the most positive attitude about the hard work she will put in to nail it next time. I couldn’t be happier with our choice to join the G2 family! We can’t wait to continue to grow with G2, G2 strong is an understatement!

My daughter was welcomed with open arms when she joined G2. Her raw skills were refined with the help of the awesome coaching staff at this gym. Not only does she LOVE it at G2, she is able to tell me about the scoring and deductions when she is doing each event. For a USAG gym, the price is amazing!!!
